At Notedoccasions our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with the unique design of the product(s) you purchase. This means we aim to deliver stylized, exceptional quality products to you quickly and at an affordable price.


At Notedoccasions, we know that nothing compares to actually being able to see the paper quality in your hand. To obtain a sample of our stationery, you can request a FREE sample wedding invitation by clicking on this link:  Sample kits are limited to one per customer and you will receive (1) preprinted paper sample and envelope. This is a preprinted card and will not be the design you will be ordering. It is a sample to show you the quality of printing, paper and envelope style and will be mailed via USPS mail to the address you provide with the request. All samples are preprinted and cannot be personalized.


Once you have decided on your wedding suite design, you can place the card into your cart and continue shopping until your wedding suite has been completed. Please provide all of the exact wording you would like to see on each card so that your design may be customized with your wedding details. If you have additional notes for the designer, simply add them to the box at checkout. Select your quantity for each and once you have your complete design order ready, you can then checkout.

Just like most online shopping experiences, you’ll be asked to either submit a credit card number during checkout or select paypal as an option to provide payment. Your card will be charged at that time and you should see that reflected on your account within the next day or two. We do ask that you submit an order before we commit to work on a digital proof for your design, so you will be asked to make a payment before you see the finished product.


Your order will be immediately sent to the designer who will now begin your proofs. Each product will be personalized with your wording and professionally typeset into a pdf file for you to review. A proof will be emailed to the email address you provided when setting up your account within 48 hours. Att his point you will have the opportunity to review the cards for errors and make edits to the wording as needed. Please allow another 1 to 2 business days to have the edited proof revision again sent to your email for review and finalization. The new proof will also require your approval in order for the cards to be printed. Once you have approved your proofs the order will immediately go to print.

Up to 2 changes to the initial proof(s) is included in standard pricing. Additional changes, depending on circumstance, are $5.00 each and a bill will be sent to you to pay prior to printing.


Printing will take three business days and will be shipped no later than the fourth business day. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship to APO or PO boxes. We don’t ship with a signature required, but when it comes time to delivery, requiring a signature is at the delivery driver’s discretion. Shipping business days are defined as Monday through Friday. Shipping business days exclude exclude all US Holidays as defined by USPS.


You can cancel your order if it has not yet gone to print. Simply contact us at with the request to cancel and your order will be fully refunded. We’ll issue the refund the same day but it may take a few days for you to see it reflected in your account.

If the order has already gone to print, send us an email and we can see what can be done to help.

Cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.


If you are ordering a design that calls for a photo, we will need the image file emailed separately once your order is placed. A designer will con-tact you upon receipt of the order and you can email your image file to :

What we will need to print your image file:

  1. The file will need to be the original photo in one of the following formats: .jpg, .png or pdf.
  2. Please send an original photo to which you own the rights to print, preferably a photo from your photographer at 300 dpi (highest resolution possible).
  3. Please do not send closely cropped images as it reduces the area we have to use it in the design.
  4. Our designers cannot “fix” your images files, i.e.: red eye, blur, or retouching of the image file. We will try to assist in minor image correction but please try to provide a file which is as close to what you would like to have printed as possible.
  5. If your image does not meet these guidelines, a designer will contact you for a new image or to assist you in understanding what the needs are in the printing process.
